One of my first places to call when looking for truck parts. Recently purchased a newer 2014 takeoff bed for my 1999 Ford F350 7.3L dually...and it was the same color as my truck, Oxford white.
Absolutely recommend this place and Cooks will now be my first go-to when needing parts as they have a large inventory and excellent customer service (Ashley is who I spoke to and she’s great). I ordered a part that isn’t the easiest to pull off of a vehicle due to having to lift it and drop the gas tank but somehow they had my part within two hours. I’d rate this business higher if I could!

If you are looking for VW parts this is the yard for you. They have all kinds of beetles in the back. If your looking for parts for your daily also a good option. Just got a back hatch for my 2004 Jeep Gr. Cherokee last weekend. Good prices and nice people.

Above and Beyond: all the other salvage yards I called were no help over the phone. They told me I would have to come and see if they had the wheel I was looking for! When I called Erin, he said he would search his inventory and call me back. He found the exact wheel I needed, inspected it, cleaned it up, and he is even going to change my tire for me right there at the shop! His price was a little higher than the other yards, but it's completely worth it for his excellent professional service.

With her wonderful southern twang, she not only spoke with me about their salvaging pricing and policies, but we also spoke at length for the pure fun of it! She is truly an amazing human being. I am very happy with my experience. If a company can keep such a personable, caring, and funny person around, you know they are doing something right.
Found part on line, called said they would send the lot guy out to check it. They said it was there and it would be pulled and ready for me to drive and pick up on Saturday. He told me to ask for Joe. He found nothing in the system, showed it had not been sold. We both looked through the shelves inside and out but could not find it. They sent the lot guy back out to see if it was still on the truck. It was. Waited another hour for him to take it off. They asked me to go out with him since he was having trouble getting it off. I rode out with him. The tundra was under water to the front bumper, he had not started taking it off at all and to top it off the fender had a large dent with the painted flaking and it had rusted. Why couldn't someone have told me the 2 follow up phone calls that it was damaged before driving 4 hours each way. If you would like to send me the grey flare and mudflap off the dented fender it would help offset the expensive waste of our time.
