I've had the pleasure of doing business with this company several times. Unfortunately, because of the type of business, it's not usually for good reasons.. however, they're extremely helpful, warm and caring. Very knowledgeable, most calls are a one call resolution. In the rare exception they're not, I've never waited more than an hour or so for both return call and resolution. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for both somewhere to send non fixable vehicles and looking for car parts at a fraction of the cost of new. I've never had a single problem with anything I've purchased. An additional plus, if you're unable to get junk vehicles to them, they will arrange to pick up from you, with payment in hand. You simply can't find better.

I drove gf to and from work for 4 days until they got car. One person blamed on it on hydrolic lines, and another one blamed me for not making an appointment; which is false. Spent 8 hours driving for this.seems ridiculous. Almost didn’t show up on 4 th day because of “hydrolic lines” again. Guy was friendly. Kim was good.

Long long time completing selling process..very long picture of title. Tow driver arrived 3 days early and crushed my fire pit on way out of yard. Hopefully $35 check in mail for damage. Besides this nice to work with in addition low ball offer nevertheless I'm too old and older phone to redo. Most offer $400 they offer first $350 then $380. Thanks for letting me tow these comments.
Drove 2 hours for a bad-finish replacement wheel isted as "$40 actual" online, but when I get there, it is disclosed that's there is a $20 core charge. It doesn't even make sense; if you're going to rehab a wheel, use the one you have. Drove back home empty-handed. $60 for a curb-rashed wheel is a nonsense price.

Otis, Jessica and Mike were great and made the process of selling a car a breeze. I highly recommend Midway over the alternatives out there. They paid a fair price, picked up when they said they would, right on time. Mike (the driver) was personable and helpful and Otis and Jessica were both very acommodating.
