My husband won't even bother going anywhere else. Fair prices, lots to explore and look at. I wish they had more Chrysler 200 but, I guess it's something that's good too. Tells me our car is definitely reliable. Great customer service.

After going through a competitor (Peddle) which was a total disaster, I found Cash For Cars. I worked with Martha C., an actual person. She was very helpful and courteous through the whole thing. The whole process was finished from start to my vehicle gone and me paid in less than 48 hours. They also paid considerably more than anyone else I talked to. The driver who came to get the vehicle was very courteous and professional. I HIGHLY recommend this place over their competition and Martha in particular. Very pleased!

I made an appt to get my personal items out of my car that had been towed there. Arrived on time and called after about 5 min. of waiting. I was told I needed an appt. I explained that that was the reason I was there...that I had already made an appt. I was told that someone would be there as soon as they could. I waited no less than 25 min for someone to show up. Not sure who sets up the appts but not letting anyone know about it is poor communication.

Never have I been treated as kindly or as well as what JR did for my wife daughter and me. We hit debris on the interstate, had to coast to exit 1 on I75, and as I am on the phone he pulls up and just asks if we need help. Tows our car not just off the road, but all the way up to Nashville after he drove us to a car rental place while helping me take the steps I needed to take to get insurance to help me out.
