I made an appt to get my personal items out of my car that had been towed there. Arrived on time and called after about 5 min. of waiting. I was told I needed an appt. I explained that that was the reason I was there...that I had already made an appt. I was told that someone would be there as soon as they could. I waited no less than 25 min for someone to show up. Not sure who sets up the appts but not letting anyone know about it is poor communication.

Polite meeting with the owner. He did not have anything in inventory that interested me. But provided some useful information.

Never have I been treated as kindly or as well as what JR did for my wife daughter and me. We hit debris on the interstate, had to coast to exit 1 on I75, and as I am on the phone he pulls up and just asks if we need help. Tows our car not just off the road, but all the way up to Nashville after he drove us to a car rental place while helping me take the steps I needed to take to get insurance to help me out. I contacted them to help get rid of a vehicle that was not worth selling by other means. They gave me the best price I could have asked for, and picked it up with cash in hand. They even took care of all the paperwork. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother process.
