I called for a tow on a Sunday afternoon, and they were there in about 20 minutes. They also took excellent care of my car when putting it on the truck, making sure not to scrape the front bumper. (The car is a Honda Civic SI). That sort of attention to detail is something I appreciate.

Never have I been treated as kindly or as well as what JR did for my wife daughter and me. We hit debris on the interstate, had to coast to exit 1 on I75, and as I am on the phone he pulls up and just asks if we need help. Tows our car not just off the road, but all the way up to Nashville after he drove us to a car rental place while helping me take the steps I needed to take to get insurance to help me out. After going through a competitor (Peddle) which was a total disaster, I found Cash For Cars. I worked with Martha C., an actual person. She was very helpful and courteous through the whole thing. The whole process was finished from start to my vehicle gone and me paid in less than 48 hours. They also paid considerably more than anyone else I talked to.
