Super easy process. I literally filled out a short application, Aryan called me and asked a few questions, the next day a tow truck came and got my vehicle and left the check exactly where I told him to. Would definitely recommend
My aunt wrecked her car and the dealership that towed it, offered to waive our fees if we gave them the title. I felt like there had to be a way to make some money. In came cash for cars. I got their phone number and called them. I was leery at first of how it could work out to her benefit but it definitely did. Because we used cash for cars I was able to get $1000 for her salvage. That was way better than zero.

I made an appt to get my personal items out of my car that had been towed there. Arrived on time and called after about 5 min. of waiting. I was told I needed an appt. I explained that that was the reason I was there...that I had already made an appt. I was told that someone would be there as soon as they could. I waited no less than 25 min for someone to show up. Not sure who sets up the appts but not letting anyone know about it is poor communication.
