Very rude! Avoid! I called inquiring about a part and they quoted me almost 3x what pick n pull sells it for. So I asked if he would be willing to go any lower. His response was "No. But I can charge you more if you want." What an immature, unprofessional attitude! I'll gladly pay more ELSEWHERE to avoid helping keep this place in business.

An amazingly easy process once you make that decision to get rid of a junk vehicle. Even though our Suburban still ran and was mechanically sound it was going to take too much time and money to bring it back to a safe and aesthetically nice vehicle. I have no place to stay and work on it and no resources at this time. so I contacted Cash for Cars. they called back within an hour and said they would pick it up in an hr with cash in hand. they were running behind but kept us updated on ETA. Robert, the tow truck driver was informative and made it easy. I'd definitely recommend if you need to get rid of a car fast and legal. I only docked the stars because the payout was on the low side and the driver didn't have change so we gave up another $15. I would recommend getting a couple offers as well ...

Read all the bad reviews and believe them! they sold me a transmission, it was wrong one. they swapped it for another that was the right one. i pulled the pan to replace the filter and found a bunch of ground up metal and broken pieces in pan. when i called them they said i "modified" it and my warranty is no good and refuse to give a refund. i just needed a transmission that worked and instead i got taken for my money. this is a bad business and they are bad people. they guaranteed me it was good and it was junk! they run a real ''junk'' yard here. '

I called Cash 4 Junk Cars today. My grandson wrecked his car and we decided that it was not worth getting fixed so we called Cash 4 Junk cars. What a nice guy. It was the first time I've ever done this and he walked me through what happenes. He actually got me a decent offer but he also told me he knew somebody looking for a car and maybe they would buy it for a little bit more than what he would be able to give me for the car. I thought that was pretty cool. So he set it up and they met at our house we made the transaction and made my life a lot easier. I want to thank you very much for your great service

I have been here maybe 5 tines over the years and this is the place I like to go to get my parts I bypass recycle road and go here great prices and the staff is nice which is a big difference from any of the places on recycle road

I found a 2014 Subaru FB20, 2.0L engine listed by Martin's online, ordered over the phone, and had it shipped from their location in Sacremento to Colorado. They listed the motor as having 40K miles. David was my contact. As you might expect, I was nervous. However, David was incredibly responsive to all my requests and inquiries. The engine arrived quickly, was packed well, appeared in great condition, and runs great (even after 8 years of sitting). I could not have had a better experience. Thank you, fellas. This was my first time going to a pick n pull, and I read a lot of the reviews before I went to get a sense of what I'm getting myself into. I tried calling the number on Google and it rang for 2 minutes before disconnecting. The Pick N Pull website was very helpful in finding what car I was looking for and if they have any in stock. Once I got there, I was expecting much worse customer service considering the reviews I read. The people there, although not enthusiastic, were very helpful for someone who's never been to a pick n pull before. After they gave me a map and the cars I was looking for. You are pretty much on your own at that point. When you are there you always run the risk that you won't find what you are looking for, and I knew that going in. Thankfully I was able to find what I was looking for and only paid a total of $9 for the entire trip.
